Bergamot essential oil, extracted by cold pressing from the peel of the Citrus aurantium bergamia fruit, has a fresh, citrusy and slightly sweet scent that has a positive effect on both body and mind. This oil, originating from Sicily, is 100% natural and is perfect for aromatherapy baths, massages and sauna treatments, providing energy and promoting emotional balance.

How to use:

Aromatic baths: Bergamot essential oil is perfect for aromatic baths, providing a refreshing and toning atmosphere. Add 5-9 drops of oil to 100 l of hot water. Since essential oils do not dissolve in water, mix them with a spoonful of honey before pouring into the bath. It is advisable to use a water temperature of 36-37°C. This bath will relax the body and provide a wonderful, fresh citrus aroma, allowing you to immerse yourself in a world of relaxation and rise above the worries of everyday life.
For massage: To improve blood circulation and reduce tension, add 4 drops of bergamot essential oil to 20 g (2 tbsp) of fatty oil. This is a great way to perform a toning massage that will help relieve fatigue, improve your emotional state and give you energy. The smell of the oil will enhance positive emotions and enhance the effect of the massage.
In the sauna: Bergamot essential oil is also great for sauna treatments. Add 15 drops of oil to 10 l of hot water in which the towels are soaked. This aroma will enhance the pleasures of the sauna and provide a fresh, citrus scent that will help relieve stress and tension. Important: never apply the oil directly to hot stones, as essential oils are highly flammable.

Collection of goods

When receiving the delivered goods, please, check the condition of the shipment (packaging), make sure that the packaging is not deformed or damaged. If you suspect that the package has been damaged or deformed, do not sign the package documents and return the package to the courier. If the package is in order, then sign the invoice (bill of lading) or other shipment transfer-acceptance document. The signed document is proof that the ordered goods were delivered to you.

When purchasing products longer than 2.4m, the customer may have to arrange for unloading.

Returning the goods

We are doing our best to pack goods purchased from us. Unfortunately, sometimes harm might be done during transportation. Even if you do not know if something is damaged or not, it is always good to take photos of arrived package on your smartphone, you will need those in case if any harm is done to the content.

If you can see signs of damaged packaging, please take following steps:

1. Take photos of package and make sure damage is visible.

2. Unpack your order and check if any products are harmed, take a photo of damaged item.

NB! For all claims of damaged or broken goods, you must make your claim within one (1) working day from the date of delivery. The Company must receive full details and description in written form with attached photos of the damaged goods.

When the buyer refuses to accept delivered goods that are not defective, he must pay the costs of returning the goods to us.
